If you have issues getting your WSYSA Affinity RMA to sync to your NSYSA user profile watch this video for tips on mirroring the 5 critical data points between these two systems: 1) First Name, (Note: Under Profile > Biography > "RiskMgmt") 2) Middle Name (if used), (Note: Under Profile > Biography > "RiskMgmt") 3) Last Name, (Note: Under Profile > Biography > "RiskMgmt") 4) Date of Birth 5) Zip Code
